The work scope: Insulate main attic flat with 16" loosefill cellulose, dense pack sloped ceilings with cellulose, dense pack exterior walls with cellulose, dense pack garage ceiling and walls with cellulose, dense pack dormer roof systems with cellulose, install high density spray foam to interior of basement walls, install 60 mil EPDM vapor barrier basement slab, install solar thermal domestic hot water system, install Heat Recovery Ventilation System, install 1" iso foam board to exterior of house, re-side, re-roof.
