                              Description:
                              3 bed, 1 3/4 bath, 1900 sq.ft, built early 1900's, asphalt roof, wood windows, knob and tube wiring, tankless coil oil boiler, uninsulated walls,
                              rock wool insulation in attics and rafters, granite and brick foundation,
                              uninsulated slab and rim joist

                              Goals:
                              dense pack existing exterior walls, build new two by four walls on interior of exterior walls (double wall) and dense pack
                              in hopes of R30 walls, strip ceilings and re-insulate to R-60, pour new insulated basement slab, new windows, solar thermal
                              radiant floor heat, metal roof, new wiring,
                              energy star building,
                              new exterior siding,
                              wood stove.
