                              Loosefill Cellulose Insulation
                              High Perormance - Environmentally Friendly

                              Picture
Loosefill cellulose insulation is a great product for attic space which you do not plan on using for storage space, or in a space where a raised platform is an option. Unlike many of its counter parts, loosefill cellulose provides an even blanket of coverage, with high R-Value (3.7/inch), acts as a rodent/pest deterent, is fire rated, and reduces air flow, all at a very competetive price.
The fact that it is made up of recycled paper and treated only with a borate makes it the greenest product on the market.

2' Closed Cell Spray Foam installed prior to 12' loosefill cellulose
One of our favorite combo packages is 2 inches of closed cell spray foam installed prior to 10 or 12 inches of loosefill cellulose in an attic flat. The spray foam at 2" provides an excellent vapor barrier, air seal, and R-14 insulation, while the 12" loosefill adds a blanket of R-44.4 insulation, achieving a combined R-58.4 air sealed, vapor protected attic space. Using the cellulose to gain the added R-44.4 is a money saving techique over installing the additional 7 inches of spray foam required to achieve R-50 or better.
This combo package ='s high performance at an affordable price.
